With health and safety requirements relaxing, Hampshire Cycle Club hosted the 2021 Muskego Park race in Muskego. The race attracted 249 total entrants including racers from WI, IL, CO, IA, IN, ME,VA and MN. Thank you to our sponsors; Roman Financial, Racine Danish Kringle, Stone Creek Coffee, and the Tour of America’s Dairyland Series. Hampshire Cycle Club donated some of it’s proceeds to the Tess Corner Fire Department for providing on-site medical services.

November 2020
Hampshire Cycle Club hosts Kringle Kross at Wern Valley Sportsmans Club in Waukesha. After attending health and safety webinars presented by USA Cycling and presenting Waukesha County with a health and safety plan, our race on November 5th was a go. We had a total of 108 race registrants from WI, IL and IA. Racers were happy to get out and race. Thank you to our sponsors; Racine Danish Kringle, Roman Financial, Stone Creek

November 2019
HCC hosted its 22nd annual CX race at Estabrook Park It snowed overnight before the setup day and covered all of the white paint dots denoting the positions for all of the stakes. The race director walked the course with a leaf race and traced the course out in the snow. Volunteers then puts stakes 4’ to each side of the rake mark. The snow melted prior to the race, but the conditions were wet and muddy. We had 318 total race registration and riders were pleased with their free beer and brat curtosey of the Estabrook Park Beer Garden. Hampshire Cycle Club donated some of the proceeds to the Friends of Estabrook Park and the Wisconsin Mountain Bike Patrol. A team CX clinic was held at Whitnal Park. Skills training included mounting and dismounting, barricades, cornering and race starts. In addition to team members, six potential team members were also invited of which 2 joined the team.

HCC hosted the 2019 Muskego Park race in Muskego, WI. New this year was a novice race clinic. Bob Schueler assisted Brian Leatherman in teaching the clinic. Six team members volunteer a total of 36 hour to assist our sponsor Wheel and Sprocket during their Expo event at State Fair Park. Volunteers assisted in helmet fitting, bike demonstrations and the expo setup.
